Vision - Mission - Values - Success – 4 hours with 30 minute break
This is an interactive workshop that works for groups of up to 30 people from the same organisation or team. Today’s leaders want a team that are just as inspired, motivated and committed to building what they, the leader see. This workshop is an intimate session designed to have the whole team work together to formulate the Vision, Mission, Values and Key Milestones for the business/project. Jen has developed a unique process that enables the team to create all of these results in just 4 hours. Forget the 3 day love-in soul search epics, Jen’s technique has left corporate teams, Boards, committees and private companies in awe at the results of this workshop. Jen’s workshop was designed to reinvent and refocus our sales and operational teams on the difficult path ahead in a very positive way. Jen was able to lead the groups through this with new ideas and a structure that had everyone excited about the future.
