The Jen Philosophy
By the end of the program we had 10 business owners that had a functional business plan AND better communication with themselves, their families and staff. Sales and profits increased for all of them AND the business owner was happier and more confident in their business and attitude to life in general. What’s the benefit of that? Well imagine each business owner has the following 40 people in their lives that they impact directly :
- Their own family (say 5 other people – spouse, parents, children)
- 5 close friends in the local community who support them
- 5 staff in the business and each of them have a family of their own (say 5 people)
- Suppliers to the business (lets say they have a relationship with at least 5)
Now, lets take just one result I mentioned earlier from the program … the business owner was happier and more confident… imagine… 10 business owners feeling this way will lead better, communicate better, grow their business stronger, contribute to the community more AND impart their way of thinking and being in the people around them… the collective 400 people around them. Now THAT is worth getting excited about. That is the magnificence I champion.
